2. Hosting providers
The Mirmi website and services rely on two complementary hosting layers:
2.1. Host of the marketing site mirmi.ai
The marketing site is hosted by Vercel, a web hosting and deployment provider. Front-end assets are served from a highly available cloud infrastructure.
2.2. Application host and client data
The SaaS versions of Mirmi Base and Mirmi Connect, as well as the contract data processed there on behalf of our clients, are hosted on Scaleway infrastructure in France, in the fr-par region.
For dedicated architectures — private cloud, VPC or on-premise deployment — the infrastructure provider and data location depend on the architecture agreed with the client and are specified in the applicable contractual documentation.
Mirmi implements technical and organizational security measures appropriate to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the hosted data. For more details, see our security page.
3. Intellectual property
All elements on the website https://mirmi.ai (text, visuals, logo, brand identity, mockups, interfaces, videos, editorial content, information architecture, as well as specific software and developments) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Mirmi or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, translation, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the site or any of its elements, by any process and on any medium, without Mirmi's prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
4. Hyperlinks
The site may contain links to third-party sites or services. Mirmi cannot be held responsible for the content or operation of these external sites, over which it has no control.
Hyperlinks to the site https://mirmi.ai may be created freely, provided they do not harm Mirmi's image or reputation and do not create confusion about the origin of the content. Mirmi reserves the right to request the removal of any link it deems non-compliant with these principles.
