01What is legal knowledge management?
Legal knowledge management organises Legal’s documents, positions, precedents and know-how so they remain searchable and maintainable. Mirmi adds decision memory: every answer stays connected to its evidence, context, workflow permissions and the final human decision. Mirmi Base provides a complete environment without an existing CLM; Mirmi Connect brings this layer to the tools and CLMs already in place.
02How long before we see a return on investment?
During the demo, we build a scenario with your volumes, average handling time and loaded cost. Once connected, the report tracks handled cases, resolutions without a new escalation and released capacity. You get a payback period calculated for your scope, with visible and adjustable assumptions.
03Does Legal have to approve every change?
No — that is precisely the point of Mirmi. When the score, precedents and approved template cover the situation, Sales, Procurement or Ops take the decision permitted by their workflow without creating a new Legal task. “Ask Legal” remains available when they want advice. If the score is below threshold or no reliable precedent exists, acceptance disappears and the case can be sent to Legal with its full context.
04Do my teams have to change tools?
No. Depending on the connectors and APIs available, Mirmi Connect integrates with Word and Google Docs, puts your SharePoint documents to work and connects to your existing CLM. Your teams keep their habits; Mirmi brings the useful decision, its sources and the next action at the right moment.
05Where is our data hosted?
Mirmi SaaS and customer data are hosted in France by Scaleway, in the fr-par region. For a dedicated VPC or on-premise deployment, location, data flows and responsibilities depend on the agreed architecture. In every model, one customer's data is not used to train or enrich another customer's answers.
06What is the difference between Mirmi Base and Mirmi Connect?
Mirmi Base is the full SaaS platform, designed for SMBs and mid-market companies that want to structure decisions, documents, contracts and approvals without an existing CLM. Mirmi Connect is the AI layer (API + Word/Docs add-in) that gives a living memory to the CLM and tools large groups already use. The engine is the same.
07Our documents and history are scattered. Is that a blocker?
No. No exhaustive clean-up is required before scoping: Mirmi can import sources from Word, PDF, SharePoint or your CLM, then structure positions, clauses, decisions and context. Source quality, permissions and metadata determine the quality of usable answers, so they are assessed with you at the start.
